Walnut Fork Baptist Church in Hoschton, GA is currently seeking a part time Music Minister/Director.  Walnut Fork is a Southern Baptist Church with conservative beliefs with a wide range of ages among our congregation.  We believe that a strong choir should be the main focus of our music program, and that the choir should lead worship through singing traditional hymns, as well as meaningful praise and worship songs that contain biblical truth and meet the goals of corporate worship.  Our philosophy is that the songs we sing should teach theology, unite believers, and offer praise to Almighty God.

 

The qualified candidate must be convinced of a call from God to music ministry with a great desire to follow this call, must be a faithful and committed disciple of Christ, must agree with the pastor’s philosophy of music, working closely with him to achieve consistency in the worship services, and must be able to utilize the existing musical talent within the congregation.  The qualified candidate will also have musical talents and abilities commensurate for such a position.
